This privacy policy applies to Rehla by MoE, also referred to as Rehla (رحلة) in this policy.

Privacy Policy eMushrif values your personal information and privacy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and strive to maintain your privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes the ways by which we collect, use, and process your data when using the Rehla application and service. Once you choose to provide us with personal data, eMushrif will only use your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our service will be regarded as acceptance of the Privacy Policy. Defining personal data

In order for us to provide you with our services and to operate in an efficient and effective manner, we need to collect relevant personal data from you.

The personal data collected by us may include (but is not limited to) the following:

• Phone Number
• Name
• Location

As we are continuously enhancing the Rehla service, we may request other types of data in addition to those detailed above. All data we request will be collected and processed in accordance with this Policy, as amended from time to time. Please note that Rehla is a completely free service; we do not process payments, nor will we ever request your payment details or credit card information.

How we collect your data

• The data that we collect from you is held and used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Oman.
• As soon as we collect your data, we implement technology and security features in order to protect your data from any security breaches or unauthorized access.

How we use your personal data

We will only process your personal data where we have a legal basis to do so and at all times in compliance with applicable data protection laws in Oman. Please note that by using the Rehla mobile application, you are agreeing that your data may be sent to and processed in external sites that are not operated by us with varying data protection laws. Please be aware that we do not have control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

The data collected by us is used for the following:

• To register and verify your identity before providing services.
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Rehla services.

Disclosure of your personal data

If so required by the laws, regulations, or official authorities, eMushrif reserves the right to disclose any and all of your data in compliance with such orders and to the extent necessary to discharge its legal obligations.

Customer Responsibility

• If you suspect any breach or unauthorized use of your Rehla account, you must notify us immediately. eMushrif will not be held liable for any data that you release of your own accord.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to us about yourself and any other person whose personal data you provide us, and for updating this personal data as and when it becomes incorrect or out of date.

Withdrawing your use of the service

If you no longer wish to use the Rehla service or this Policy, you may delete your account at any time. This will result in the deletion of all your registered information.

To delete your account, follow the following steps:

1. Select the settings icon at the bottom right of your screen.
2. Scroll down and then click on "Delete Account".
3. Click on "Delete Account" to confirm your desire.
4. Once confirmed, your account will be deleted permanently and you will be logged out.

Deleting your account will do the following:

• Permanently delete all account data.
• Cancel the service.

Changes and updates to the privacy policy

eMushrif reserves the right to modify this policy. If we modify this policy, we shall make it available through the Rehla application, and by continuing to use our service, you agree to be bound by the modified policy.
